What makes this coaching program different?
Many women come to me already eating healthy, meditating, taking supplements, moving their bodies...yet still feeling burnt out, anxious, exhausted or dysregulated, and that’s because you can’t mindset, supplement, or “positively think” your way out of stress.
When you are in survival mode (stress mode), survival and protecting you is prioritised over healing. The part of the brain that drives this response is sensory, not logical. This means you can't “think” your way out of stress, your body needs to be shown it's safe and to feel safe for things to change. This is why I use somatic nervous system regulation practices in this program, to help signal a felt sense of safety.
In survival (stress) mode, resources are pulled away from normal functions and redirected towards "surviving". Here, digestion slows, stress hormones are prioritised over sex hormones, blood sugar becomes reactive, inflammation increases, minerals are used up faster, and often fatigue, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep, and exhaustion kicks in. HTMA testing is a powerful way to understand how your body is truly coping beneath the surface.
Incorporating Naturopathic Health and Nutrition Coaching, we dive deep into your health history and lifestyle to uncover potential driving factors and anything holding back your health. This is a client-led process that aims to give you the knowledge, tools and support to take control of your own health. Sessions are led by what’s most important to your case and nutrition and lifestyle plans are completely personalised to you.
My bespoke 3-step approach
1 - Regulate
→ Three 60-90-minute somatic coaching sessions
Guidance understanding your unique nervous system, learning the language of your body, resourcing and regulation practices unique to you depending on if you lean to fight/flight, freeze, or shutdown. We always work at the pace of your nervous system in a trauma-informed compassionate way. We may progress into body based processing, or somatic tracking to begin processing emotions depending on your capacity.
2 - Uncover
→ Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) at home test-kit
HTMA is a simple, non-invasive test that analyses a small hair sample to provide a 90-day snapshot of your mineral patterns and stress response. Minerals are essential for energy, hormone balance, digestion, stress resilience, and nervous system function. Stress, whether emotional, mental, physical, or environmental, depletes minerals over time. Even if you’re doing all the right things, without replenishing these nutrients, your body can remain stuck in survival mode and symptoms can often persist.
HTMA is a functional screening tool, not a diagnostic test. It removes guesswork and shows what your body has been carrying and where it’s depleted, so we can create a personalised plan to replenish minerals, support stress resilience, improve digestion and hormones, and address the root causes of your symptoms - helping your body feel nourished, regulated, and safe again.
→ 90 Minute Naturopathic Health Coaching Consultation
One 90-minute initial consultation - reviewing your HTMA test results, and implementing these into your personalised health, nutrition and lifestyle protocol. We will also review your full health history, food-dairy analysis, and set your goals.
3 - Nourish
→ Three Naturopathic Health Coaching Follow-Ups
These sessions are designed to check in on your progress, refine your protocol, and ensure you’re supported on your journey. We refine your protocol based on your needs, symptoms, progress, and capacity. We bridge the gap between the healthy habits you think you should be doing and what your body really needs. Sessions are guided by what's most important to you, and the changes you'd like to make.
This may look like: guidance reading food labels, making healthier nutrition choices, blood sugar balance, digestion support, lowering exposure to toxins, lowering inflammation, creating a relaxing sleep routine, sustainable lifestyle and habit change.
