I’m a Certified Naturopathic Health & Nutrition Coach (Dip. CNM), ANP member, trained in Sound Therapy. I regularly update my knowledge with evidence-based practices and CPD.

I'm passionate about supporting women manage stress, understand their bodies and create healthier nutrition and lifestyle habits that stick.

Naturopathic Health Coaching

As a health coach specialising in women’s health, I can support you in navigating challenges related to energy, stress, hormones, and gut health. Together, we’ll uncover the root causes of your symptoms and build sustainable, lasting change, without overwhelm or judgement.

Health coaching is a client-led, collaborative process that promotes self-awareness, self-management and confidence in your own health journey. I’m here to help you develop the knowledge, tools, and self-belief to take charge of your health.

With practical, personalised insights into nutrition, movement, stress, mindset and environmental factors, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore what’s really going on in your body and make changes that truly stick. Through encouragement, accountability, and compassionate guidance, we’ll create a path forward that works for you.

I offer two coaching programs below, a one-off consultation (Health MOT) and the 3-month program for deeper support.

Sound Therapy

Sound therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to bring the body and mind into balance. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create frequencies that slow brainwave activity, it gently guides you into a deeply meditative, restorative state. ​​It can help to lower stress, regulate the nervous system and allow the body to begin to repair.

 

Over time sound healing can support a greater sense of clarity, resilience and inner peace. It’s a powerful yet non-invasive way to support your wellbeing. Many people integrate sound healing into their wellness routine to: reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, support emotional processing, ease tension and pain, feel more grounded or reconnect with themselves.

An individual 1:1 sound therapy session will last 75mins.

 

We begin with a health questionnaire into your current physical, mental emotional state. I’ll then guide you through a sound journey, supporting deep relaxation and a release of any emotional blockages.​​

Health Coaching Programs

Health MOT

Start with clarity, book your initial consultation and health MOT. This is perfect for anyone looking for support with their health, but not ready to commit to a longer program.

​​​​

This is an intensive 2hr session, where we will dive deep into your health goals, health struggles, health history, nutrition, lifestyle and stress.

Sessions are tailored entirely around you, the changes you want to create and the outcomes you want to achieve. In a safe, supportive, client-led space, we’ll address your challenges, limiting beliefs and create a realistic plan to build confidence and momentum on your health journey.

What's included:

  • 2hr consultation in person: looking into every aspect of your health and mapping out your health goals

  • Food diary analysis: we will look at simple yet powerful shifts to fuel your energy and improve your health

  • Personalised health protocol: this is a plan bespoke to you, consisting of your goals, actions, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and any supportive resources

Together, we can explore the foundations of nutrition, gut health, digestion, hormone health, mindset shifts and beliefs. Along the way, you’ll gain practical education empowering you to become the expert in your own health.​ 

3-Month Coaching Program

This 3-Month journey is tailored for your specific needs and goals. It's designed to support you towards optimal health and vitality, creating healthy sustainable habits that last.

What's included:

  • 2hr consultation in person: looking into every aspect of your health and map out your health goals

  • X3 60-minute coaching sessions in person

  • Food diary analysis: we will look at simple yet powerful shifts to fuel your energy and improve your health

  • Written session notes and Health Protocol: Your personalised tracker with your actions and supportive resources will be updated each session

  • Health education on foundational topics most important to your case: We’ll explore nutrition, digestion, blood sugar, minerals, sleep, movement and more.

  • WhatsApp voice/text access between calls for ongoing support, motivation and accountability

This program is also inclusive of access to message me between sessions for ongoing support.
