  • What is included in a health and lifestyle action plan?
    A health and lifestyle plan includes: Your personal 'tracker' to stay on track with the changes Your health goals Actions to be taken Supporting information and resources - dietary advice, recipe inspiration, stress-management tools, books or podcasts
  • What is HTMA testing?
    HTMA testing is a non-invasive screening tool that involves sending a sample of hair to test your tissue mineral levels. The process of sending off your hair sample and receiving your results from a qualified nutritional therapist takes several weeks. It provides insights into how your body is coping with stress, your mineral levels and whether your current nutrition and lifestyle habits are working for you. This functional test allows us to tailor your plan with deeper insights, so we can make informed, sustainable changes together. Once we receive the results, we can schedule your initial consultation, deep-dive into your symptoms, body and goals and co-create a plan.

I’m here to support you in building the knowledge, tools, and self-belief needed to take charge of your own health. To guide you through your health journey with practical insights into nutrition, stress, movement, environmental toxins, mindset and the foundations of health. I can help you understand your health, symptoms and body to make long-term sustainable changes. I offer encouragement, accountability and a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s really going on for you. I believe the answers already lie within you, my role is to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and bring clarity to your path.
