  • What is HTMA testing?
    HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) is a functional, non-invasive test that measures the levels of essential minerals and heavy metals in your body. By analysing a small hair sample, this test provides a deeper understanding of your overall health. Why is this important? Minerals play a vital role in energy production, hormone balance, metabolism, stress resilience and digestive health. However, chronic stress and modern lifestyles often deplete these essential nutrients, leaving you feeling fatigued and out of balance. Your HTMA results offer valuable insights into: ✔️ How your body handles stress ✔️ Your metabolic rate ✔️ Energy production ✔️ Nervous system balance Once you book either a deep-dive health consultation or the Reset (3-month programme), I’ll send your HTMA test kit. You'll send off a small hair sample for analysis. After receiving your results, we’ll schedule a consultation to review the results (from a qualified nutritional therapist) and integrate your personalised recommendations into your health plan.
  • What is a health coach?
    As a naturopathic health coach (trained through the College of Naturopathic Medicine), I guide you in understanding the missing pieces of your health. I provide support with nutrition advice, health education, stress management techniques and lifestyle recommendations - all designed to empower you to take control of your health.
  • Who do I work with?
    I work with fatigued, stressed and burnt-out women who are ready to do the deep work to understand their bodies, uncover the root causes of their symptoms and restore their energy through sustainable changes.
  • What can I expect from the coaching calls in the reset (3-month programme)?
    The 3-Month Programme is designed to help you implement long-lasting change with ongoing support and guidance. During our coaching calls, we’ll review your progress, explore what’s working and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving forward. These sessions are designed to: ✔️ Keep you accountable and on track with your goals ✔️ Provide education so you understand why certain changes matter ✔️ Build your confidence in reading your body’s signals ✔️ Support you emotionally through the ups and downs of your health By the end of the programme, you’ll feel empowered to become the expert in your own health.
  • What is included in a health plan?
    A bespoke health plan is your personalised roadmap to improving your health. Based on your health consultation and HTMA test results, we will co-create goals and actionable steps designed to support your body’s unique needs. Health coaching is a client-led process, meaning your goals and actions will be driven by you, with my guidance and support. These steps will help you rebuild energy, balance minerals and hormones and reduce stress in a sustainable way. Depending on your needs, additional recommendations may include: ✔️ Nutrition and lifestyle adjustments ✔️ Stress-management support, such as breathwork exercises or a sound therapy recording ✔️ Book and resource suggestions
  • What is involved in a health consultation?
    A Health Consultation is a 90-minute deep-dive into your whole health. We’ll explore your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and nutrition while reviewing your HTMA results. Together, we’ll identify potential drivers of your fatigue or stress and create a realistic, actionable plan to begin transforming your health.
  • Whats the difference between the deep-dive health consultation and the reset (3-month programme?)
    Healing isn’t a quick fix, real change takes time, consistency, and support. ✔️ The Deep-Dive Health Consultation is perfect if you're looking for a comprehensive analysis of your health and a plan to implement on your own. It provides clarity on your current health status and key steps to start your journey. ✔️ The 3-Month Reset Programme offers ongoing support, education, and accountability to help you implement lasting change. We’ll work together closely, tailoring each session to your needs, whether that’s deeper nutrition guidance, nervous system regulation or stress relief through sound therapy. It’s a transformational, personalised journey to support every layer of your health.
  • What makes my approach different?
    I combine the science of naturopathic health coaching and HTMA functional testing with sound therapy and stress support. But more than that, I truly understand what it’s like to live with chronic fatigue and stress-related symptoms, because I’ve been there. After over a decade of navigating chronic illness, my approach is not only rooted in knowledge but in deep empathy and lived experience.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
