1 clove of Garlic
1 bell pepper
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 jar of cannelloni beans
1 jar of butter beans
1tsp smoked paprika
1/2tsp cumin
Fresh parsley
2-4 organic eggs
To serve: extra fresh parsley, avocado
