About the Recipe

This high protein, high fibre breakfast will leave you feeling fuller for longer, supporting blood sugar levels and reduced cravings throughout the day. It's full of spices and herbs to support gut health.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 clove of Garlic

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes

  • 1 jar of cannelloni beans

  • 1 jar of butter beans

  • 1tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2tsp cumin

  • Fresh parsley

  • 2-4 organic eggs

  • To serve: extra fresh parsley, avocado
