What is the role of a Health Coach and HTMA Practitioner?

Naturopathic Health and Nutrition Coaching

 

As a Health and Nutrition Coach, I’m here to support you in building the knowledge, tools, and self-belief needed to take charge of your own health. My approach is holistic and collaborative, guiding you through your health journey with practical insights into nutrition, movement, environmental toxins, mindset and the foundations of your wellbeing.

 

Through personalised 1:1 coaching, I offer encouragement, accountability and a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s really going on for you. Together, we’ll identify and shift any habits, thought patterns, or blocks that might be keeping you stuck, so you can start making real change in your health. I believe the answers already lie within you, my role is to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and bring clarity to your path.

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) Functional Testing

 

As part of my 3-month coaching offer, I include HTMA testing, a non-invasive screening tool that provides insights into how your body is coping with stress, your mineral levels and whether your current nutrition and lifestyle habits are working for your unique body. This functional test allows us to tailor your plan with deeper insights, so we can make informed, sustainable changes together.
