GROUP SOUND BATHS AND WELLNESS EVENTS
Meet Emma
Emma is an IPHM Certified Sound Therapist, having completed a Sound Therapy Practitioner training with Simone Salvatici, a Sound Artist and Sound Therapist.
Sound therapy is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to bring the body and mind into balance. Using instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes to create frequencies that slow brainwave activity, it gently guides you into a deeply meditative, restorative state. It can help to lower stress, regulate the nervous system and allow the body to begin to repair.
Sound Healing FAQ’s
-
Over time sound healing can support a greater sense of clarity, resilience and inner peace. Many people integrate sound healing into their wellness routine to:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve sleep
Support emotional processing
Ease physical tension and pain
Feel more grounded
Reconnect with themselves
-
We start with optional Oracle card picking, intention setting, and an explanation of sound healing and what to expect.
Then you’ll lie down, and get cosy. Nothing is required of you! I start with a short meditation and 1hr of sound healing.
No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is required, everyone is welcome!
-
Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a pillow, blanket, and anything that helps you feel cosy lying down!
Yoga mats and eye masks are provided, however you may bring your own too if you’d like.
-
Tickets are not refundable but can be moved to a different sound bath if you provide 48 hours notice. Alternatively the ticket can be transferred to someone else.
-
While sound healing is beneficial for many, it is not recommended for certain health conditions (e.g., severe tinnitus, epilepsy, pregnancy in the first trimester or pacemakers). By booking, you acknowledge these precautions.
Book a Sound Bath
Yoga mats and eye masks are provided, and each session is intentionally limited to 12 people to protect the quality of the experience and allow you to fully switch off without the overwhelm of a crowded room.
My regular sound baths include locations:
Hartley Pavilion - Manor Field, Church Rd, Hartley, Longfield DA3 8DT
What Clients Are Saying
“amazing sound bath! The crystal bowls were so relaxing but the gong was something else - other worldly! I usually wake up at least twice a night but have had two really blissful nights sleep after this beautiful experience! Wonderful x”
— Lynn
“We have been to several of Emma's sound baths in Hartley and can highly recommend them.
The atmosphere as you enter is very calm with mats and eye masks provided if you need them.
Candles, crystals, soft music and insence add to the atmosphere.
Emma begins by welcoming everyone, explaining how sound baths work and can benefit you(good for those who have not attended before) and doing a short meditation and some breath work.
Emma uses intstruments including singing bowls, wave drum, and gongs that take you into a deep state of relaxed calmness, I have almost fallen asleep several times !
At the end you are invited to slowly bring yourself back to a sitting position where Emma's calm voice encourages some more exercises, to 'bring you round', hand rubbing, stretching etc.
I will be returning and especially like the Friday evening sessions as it is very relaxing after a hard working.
Highly recommended.”
