MEET EMMA,
I’m a Health Practitioner, specialising in the female nervous system and stress recovery.
After being through my own health challenges - ME/CFS, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression - being dismissed, and having no answers or support, I began my own search. Naturopathic medicine, nutrition, somatic therapy, and IFS helped me to regulate my nervous system, recover from stress, and transform my health.
This is the foundation of the space I now offer, supporting you to feel safer in your body, and to feel seen and supported in your health.

Group Sound Baths in Hartley, Sidcup and KentSound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to bring the body and mind into balance. The frequencies help to guide your brain into slower more relaxed states, that promote deep rest, improved sleep, emotional balance, and stress resilience.
Regular sound baths are held in Hartley and at Saige Pilates Studio in Sidcup.
