trauma-informed somatics

Somatics is a body-based approach that supports nervous system regulation through awareness, sensation, breath, movement, and felt experience.

Rather than only talking or analysing your story, somatic work helps you build the capacity to notice, feel, and stay present with sensations and emotions — supporting greater resilience, self-trust, and connection within yourself over time.

The intention of somatic work isn’t to “calm down” or “fix” you, but to help you feel more connected and present in your body.

Naturopathic health coaching is a root cause approach to understanding your body, health history, symptoms, and goals. The aim is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support to take control of your own health, feeling confident in your health choices.

Sessions are personalised to you, but we may cover nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your nervous system and emotional capacity, blood sugar balance, sleep, energy, inflammation, and hormone health. We’ll get clear on your goals, any blocks holding you back, and co-create a personalised action plan.

A one-off naturopathic health and nutrition coaching session, to help you feel supported, gain clarity and a clear actionable plan to help you move forward with confidence in your health choices.

  • If you’re experiencing fatigue, energy crashes, stress, anxiety, poor sleep, digestive issues, or inflammation, this session is designed to help you gain clarity on where your body may need more support.

    Together, we’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, nutrition, stress patterns, and current challenges to connect the dots and uncover practical, sustainable steps that align with your goals and individual needs.

    • X1 Naturopathic Health Coaching Initial Consultation (90-minutes via zoom). Inclusive of a full health history review, food diary review, goal setting and personalised action plan.

    • X1 Naturopathic Health Coaching Follow-up Consultation (30-minutes via zoom)

    • A personalised action plan with tailored nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system recommendations to support your health goals

somatic coaching

Somatic coaching is a trauma-informed, personalised, body-led approach that helps you build the capacity to navigate emotions, understand protective patterns, and develop greater resilience, and connection with yourself.

  • I support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, sadness, anger, shame, or patterns such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, and hyper-vigilance.

    This work is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. Clients find somatic work to be a supportive complement alongside therapy or other professional support.

  • Sessions may include resourcing, regulation practices (combining breath, movement, experimental meditation), nervous system education, somatic parts work.

    Sessions are adapted to your capacity on the day, we always move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for your nervous system:

    • Sessions are held virtually via Zoom (50–60 minutes)

    • You can choose between a single session or a package of 3, or 6 sessions

    • You’ll also receive between-session support, along with personalised practices to help you integrate the work into your daily life

  • Sessions are £90 per session, with a discounted rate on packages of 3 or 6 sessions.
