    Or maybe you’re experiencing chronic symptoms, poor sleep, painful or irregular periods, inflammation, brain fog, energy crashes, or digestive issues connected to stress and survival mode.

  • Inside we explore:

    • What your symptoms may be communicating and what your current stress load and capacity is

    • What your body truly needs to feel supported and resourced

    • We will get clear on your goals and what’s holding you back, look at nutrition and lifestyle shifts to help you feel grounded, energised, and calmer. We will also look at foundations such as blood sugar balance, nutrition and sleep

    • Somatic body-based practices for your unique nervous system, designed to help you feel safe and increase your capacity

    • A focus on nervous system regulation, blood sugar stability, digestion, sleep, and habit support

    • X1 Naturopathic Health Coaching Initial Consultation (90-minutes via zoom). Inclusive of a full health history review, food diary review, goal setting and personalised action plan.

    • X2 Naturopathic Health Coaching Follow-up Consultation (45-minutes via zoom).

    • X4 trauma-informed somatic sessions (50-60 minutes via zoom)

Inner Knowing is my Private 1:1 Somatic Coaching Container.

This is a trauma-informed, personalised, body-based approach that helps you build the capacity to safely navigate emotions, understand protective patterns, and develop greater resilience, regulation, and connection with yourself.

  • I support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, fatigue, chronic symptoms, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, sadness, anger, shame, or patterns such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, and hyper-vigilance.

    This work is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. Many clients find somatic work to be a supportive complement alongside therapy or other professional support.

  • Somatic work supports nervous system regulation through awareness, sensation, breath, movement, and felt experience.

    Rather than only talking about your experiences or analysing your story, somatic work helps you build the capacity to notice, feel, and process emotions safely — supporting greater resilience, self-trust, and connection within yourself over time.

    The intention of somatic work isn’t to “calm down” or “fix” you, but to help you feel more connected, present, and resilient in your body.

  • Sessions may include resourcing, regulation practices (combining breath, movement, experimental meditation), nervous system education, somatic parts work, and inner child explorations.

    Sessions are adapted to your capacity on the day, we always move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for your nervous system:

    • Sessions are held virtually via Zoom (50–60 minutes)

    • You can choose between a single session or a package of 6 sessions

    • You’ll also receive between-session support, along with personalised practices to help you integrate the work into your daily life

    You can choose from 1 session (£90), 3 sessions (£250), or a package of 6 sessions (£500).
