Through somatic coaching and naturopathic health support, we’ll support your nervous system and recovery from stress, rebuild your energy, and create a deeper sense of safety and trust within yourself.

Chronic stress isn’t just psychological or in the mind. Your nervous system’s capacity is shaped by past experiences, your current stress load, and your physiology.
In RESOURCED we work with both your nervous system and your body to support your internal capacity.
Through somatic coaching, we focus on how you relate to yourself and your symptoms, resourcing and regulation practices to create internal safety, and growing your capacity to stay with your internal experience, feeling emotions as sensation rather than the story behind them.
Through naturopathic health coaching, we support the physiological foundations needed for energy and resilience, including nutrition, blood sugar balance, minerals, sleep, rhythms, and daily habits.

✓ X1 naturopathic health and nutrition coaching initial consultation, including a full health history review, food-diary review, and goal setting (90-minutes held via zoom)
✓ X2 follow up naturopathic health and nutrition coaching consultations (60-minutes held via zoom)
✓ X4 trauma-informed somatic sessions (50-60-minutes held via zoom)
✓ A personalised action plan with your goals, actions, and nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
✓ Personalised somatic tools and practices to use in your own time
✓ Messaging support between sessions
