Chronic stress isn’t just in your head. Your nervous system’s capacity is shaped by past experiences, your current stress load, and your physiology.
The intention of this work isn’t to “calm down” or “fix” you, but to help you feel more resourced, connected, present, and resilient in your body.
When your physical body has the resources it needs and your nervous system has greater capacity, it’s easier to move through life with more energy, presence, inner peace, and less overwhelm.

Somatics is a body-based approach that supports nervous system regulation through awareness, sensation, breath, movement, and felt experience.
Rather than only talking or analysing your story, somatics helps you build the capacity to notice, feel, and stay present with sensations and emotions.
This bottom-up approach supports greater resilience, self-trust, and a deep sense of connection within yourself over time.
Sessions may involve:
Somatic awareness: learning the language of your nervous system (sensation)
Resourcing and regulation
Somatic tracking, body-based emotional processing
Parts work and inner child explorations

Naturopathic health coaching is a root cause approach to understanding your body, health history, symptoms, and goals. The aim is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support to take control of your own health, feeling confident in your health choices.
Sessions are personalised to you, but we may cover nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your nervous system and emotional capacity, blood sugar, sleep, energy, inflammation, and hormone health. We’ll get clear on your goals, any blocks holding you back, and co-create a personalised action plan.
what’s included:
✓ X1 Naturopathic Health Coaching Initial Consultation (90-mins via zoom): A comprehensive consultation, including a full health history review, food-diary review, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and goal setting
✓A personalised plan with your goals, actions, and nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
✓X2 Naturopathic Health and Nutrition Coaching Follow-Up Consultations (60-minutes held via zoom): Continued habit support, and adjusting your nutrition and lifestyle protocol
✓ X4 Trauma-Informed Somatic Sessions (50-60-minutes held via zoom): Bi-weekly sessions dedicated to nervous system awareness, body-based regulation, resourcing, and processing
✓ Personalised somatic tools and practices to use in your own time
✓ Messaging support between sessions throughout the 8-weeks, so you never feel alone as you integrate this work
✓ Optional Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) testing, to add on for an extra cost. Results are interpreted by a qualified nutritional therapist, and we will implement them into your health coaching plan
