This was me too.

 

I struggled with chronic fatigue, inflammation, brain-fog, painful periods, chronic bloating, acid reflux, anxiety, stress and overwhelm for 10+ years. I understand what it feels like to struggle with exhaustion and chronic symptoms, while being told ‘everything looks normal’.

 

By learning the healing power of nutrition, creating supportive lifestyle habits and regulating my nervous system, I was able to truly transform my health. Understanding my body and gaining control of my own health was empowering. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women like you feel truly seen, supported and empowered to take back control of your health too.

 

I’m Emma, a Certified Naturopathic Health & Nutrition Coach (Dip. CNM), ANP member, trained in Sound Therapy, HTMA interpretation and stress physiology. I regularly update my knowledge with evidence-based practices and CPD.

What’s Included:

  • 2-Hour Consultation and Onboarding Questionnaire: A comprehensive analysis of your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and environmental factors as well as a deep dive into your bodily systems to connect the dots others often miss.

  • 5-Day Food Diary Review: Including dietary advice and recommendations.

  • HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis): HTMA testing with lab interpretation from a qualified nutritional therapist. This screening tool gives insights into your mineral balance, stress response, digestion, hormones and metabolic function. This will help us tailor your health, nutrition and lifestyle plan with precision.

  • Personalised Health Protocol: After the consultation, you’ll receive a personalised health tracker with actions and any supportive resources.

How it works?
Once you’ve booked on, we’ll start with a 15 minute consultation so I can walk you through the process. We’ll order your HTMA test. Once the results are back, we’ll schedule your 2hr consultation.

 

Together, we’ll get clear on your health goals, you’ll walk away with shifts you can implement right away to start seeing real health wins.

VITALITY Coaching Program

The 3-Month VITALITY Coaching Program.

  • WhatsApp voice/text access between calls for ongoing support, motivation and accountability

  • Optional stress relieving tools: For deeper regulation, optional sound therapy and stress-relieving tools to help you feel grounded and safe

The Vitality Program

Lasting health starts with a strong foundation. Imagine your health like building a house — no matter how many supplements you add, without a solid foundation, everything becomes unstable.

The foundations are often overlooked essentials we all know we should do but struggle to implement consistently: Clean water, whole foods, sleep, effective stress management and a sense of safety, balanced blood sugar, digestion, reducing exposure to environmental toxins, mindset and beliefs. Optimising these help create the environment your body needs to thrive.

I work with women to build this strong foundation through personalised coaching and functional testing. Sessions are tailored entirely around you, the changes you want to create and the outcomes you want to achieve. In a safe, supportive, client-led space, we’ll address challenges, limiting beliefs and create a realistic plan to build confidence and momentum on your health journey.
